A fruity Mango  IPA that is packed full of fresh flavours and a real favourite of ours. Having tried and loved a few tropical inspired IPAs, we decided to give one a go. The first time we brewed this we didn’t quite account for the added sugar that the Mango brought to the party and so we over primed our first bottles. They tasted amazing but had to be served freezing cold otherwise they would fountain everywhere, hence the volcanic inspired name.
