This is a bigger bolder version of our British/Belgian hybrid Bulldog Revolver. We increased both the grain bill and the hopping. This is now an Imperial British ale with a Belgian twist. We increased the hopping up to 60 IBUs to balance the increased ABV but still used Northern Brewer, East Kent Goldings and Pilgrims hops. This beer is still fermented with Belgian Ale yeast, to give this British base a european twist.

This beer gives complex malty undertones, with a unique sweet mouthfeel, with hints of banana and vanilla.
