Our Beers
Ceasarsboom (Belgian Blond(e))
This beer can be squarely ‘blamed’ on Dave. Dave’s love of all things Belgian led us to try and brew this Blonde Beer. We are always amazed at the completely different flavours you can get from a beer simply by changing one thing. In this case changing the yeast to a Belgian yeast brings on a completely different and complex flavour that is now a firm favourite.
Cash Buyers Club (IPA - Brut)
This is a new style of IPA for FBC and is brewed for a bone dry finish, late hop additions of Pacifica, Motueka, Hallertau Mittelfruh give the beer a balanced bitterness. A bright pop of citrus flavour is provided by the Nelson Sauvin dry hopping. It’s as intriguing as it is drinkable.
Manaro IPA (IPA - American)
A fruity Mango IPA that is packed full of fresh flavours and a real favourite of ours. Having tried and loved a few tropical inspired IPAs, we decided to give one a go. The first time we brewed this we didn’t quite account for the added sugar that the Mango brought to the party and so we over primed our first bottles. They tasted amazing but had to be served freezing cold otherwise they would fountain everywhere, hence the volcanic inspired name. Fortunately we have fixed this and Manaro IPA is now much more behaved.
Escape To Alcatrz (IPA - Session / India Session Ale)
A west coast inspired Session American Pale Ale. This has a special place in our heart as it was the first beer we produced from the brewery and it is an absolute belter, and sparked the idea that one day maybe more people might like to drink our beer.
Bulldog Revolver (Belgian Dubbel)
Here we have a traditional British ale with a Belgian twist. Flavoured with Northern Brewer, East Kent Goldings and Pilgrims hops and fermented with Belgian Ale yeast, we take a classic bitter recipe and add our own unique european-style twist.
This beer gives complex flavours and rich malty undertones,with a unique sweet mouthfeel. We’re particularly proud of this one.
Kolsch-esque (Lager - Pale)
Kölsch is a style of beer originating in Cologne, Germany This beer is a lager that is brewed like an ale. Larger yeast sits at the bottom of fermenting beer and likes to be kept cold and just does its job much slower. Kolsch is a lager that is brewed with an ales yeast!
This is a super tasty lager-like beer that is a real winner. With a heavier fuller flavour than a traditional larger, but still a very sessionable 5%, this is a great easy drinking beer.

Imperial Bulldog Revolver (Belgian Strong Dark Ale)
Here we took the great base of the standard Bulldog Revolver and increased both the grain bill and the hopping. This is now a strong British ale with a Belgian twist. We increased the hopping up to 60 IBUs to balance the increased ABV but still used Northern Brewer, East Kent Goldings and Pilgrims hops. This beer is still fermented with Belgian Ale yeast, to give this british base a european twist.
